The Embassy of the Philippines in Vienna is proud to announce the opening of Paaralan sa Pasuguan, a program designed for children aged 7–17 who want to learn more about the Filipino language, culture, and history.

This year’s Paaralan sa Pasuguan will take place from July 19 to July 27, 2024, with classes held on Friday afternoons from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm and Saturday mornings from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm at the Embassy of the Philippines in Vienna. Located on the 21st floor of the Ares Tower on Donau-City-Straße 11, 1220 in Vienna, Austria, the Embassy of the Philippines provides a welcoming and culturally rich environment for children to immerse themselves in the traditions of the Philippines.

In addition to language lessons, participants will be able to learn Philippine folk songs and history, gaining a deeper understanding of the vibrant Filipino culture. One of the highlights of this year’s program is a field trip to the Barrio Fiesta 2024 on July 20, 2024, where children will have the chance to experience a traditional Filipino festival firsthand. This immersive experience will allow students to further engage with the customs and traditions of the Philippines, enhancing their cultural education.
